By accessing this website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

Design Studio Pro provides professional creative services including, but not limited to:

• 3D product visualization and photorealistic rendering
• Product design and concept development
• Architectural exterior and interior visualization
• Brand advertising, identity, and activation design

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon in a separate project brief or contract. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail.

All creative work, designs, renders, concepts, and visual assets produced by Design Studio Pro remain the intellectual property of Design Studio Pro until full payment has been received. Note: Upon receipt of full payment, the agreed usage rights for the final rendered images are transferred to the client. However, all source files, 3D models, and working project files remain the exclusive property of Design Studio Pro unless explicitly negotiated and agreed upon otherwise in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Design Studio Pro retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, on its website, and in marketing materials. If the client requires confidentiality regarding a project, this must be agreed in writing before project commencement.

The client warrants that any materials, references, or assets provided to Design Studio Pro for use in a project do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. The client accepts full liability for any such infringement.

To ensure the smooth delivery of every project, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely briefs, references, and feedback
• Respond to requests for approval or clarification within the agreed timeframes
• Notify Design Studio Pro promptly of any changes to the project scope
• Ensure that all materials provided are legally owned or licensed by the client

Design Studio Pro cannot be held responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete feedback from the client. Project timelines are indicative and will be adjusted accordingly.

Payment terms are agreed individually for each project and specified in the project proposal or contract. Typically, projects require a deposit before work commences, with the balance due upon completion or at agreed milestones.

Design Studio Pro reserves the right to pause or suspend work on any project where payments are overdue. Final deliverable files will not be released until full payment has been received. All quoted prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

In the event of late payment, Design Studio Pro reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with applicable law.

Standard projects include up to two (2) rounds of minor revisions unless specified otherwise in the project proposal. Revisions are understood to mean reasonable amendments within the originally agreed scope and brief. Changes that fundamentally alter the original brief, or that are requested after the agreed revision rounds have been completed, will be subject to additional charges at our standard hourly rate.

Design Studio Pro will make every effort to accommodate reasonable client requests. Significant changes to scope will be discussed and agreed in writing before additional work begins.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. Design Studio Pro will not disclose client project details, business information, or unreleased product designs to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of the project agreement.

Design Studio Pro's liability in connection with any project or the use of this website is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Design Studio Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Design Studio Pro does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Important Disclaimer: Our 3D visualisations are artistic interpretations designed for marketing, aesthetic, and conceptual purposes. They are not technical, architectural, or engineering drawings. Design Studio Pro accepts no liability for construction, manufacturing, or structural errors arising from the use of our artistic visuals.

Either party may terminate a project agreement by giving written notice if the other party materially breaches these terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice.

In the event of termination by the client, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination, including any non-refundable deposits. In the event of termination by Design Studio Pro, the client shall receive a refund of any prepaid fees for work not yet commenced, less reasonable costs already incurred.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these terms or from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria.
